"Crop for Literacy" To Raise Friends and Funds for The Literacy Center's Adult Basic Literacy Program

2nd Annual Scrapbooking Event will be held at Kingmen's Event Facility on July 7th

EVANSVILLE, IN - Kingmen's Event Facility will be the site of the second annual Crop for Literacy, a fund/friend raising event to benefit the Literacy Center's Basic Adult Literacy Program.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 7th with check in beginning at 9:00am and food, fun, prizes, make and takes throughout the day until 9:00 pm. The 12 hours of non-stop crafting fun table space is only $25 per participant.
There will be attendance prizes for everyone and lots of raffle prizes. The grand prize will be an overnight stay at French Lick Resort. The staff and committee are excited about the event being 12 hours of cropping/crafting time for the participants and are thrilled to have the unique and wonderful air-conditioned Kingmen's Event Facility to hold the event.

Registration deadline is June 30, 2012.
The Literacy Center is a not-for-profit organization in Evansville, Indiana. Our mission is to improve basic adult literacy in our community. We have been active in the Evansville community since 1996 and have helped thousands of men and women better their lives through literacy. We provide a variety of services including confidential tutoring at no cost to those who seek to improve their reading and writing skills.
