By: web producer
Updated: June 26, 2012
A Hopkins County grand jury indicts an Earlington woman in connection with the death of a 4-year-old child.
Kelley Kirby faces one count of murder.

Police say Kirby was taking care of a 4-year-old child in April when the child died.

They were originally told the child was injured in a fall, but investigators say the injuries did not match that story.

Few other details about the case are being released.
