Fire Destroys Petersburg Mobile Home

The fire broke out on County Road 300 North in Petersburg shortly before 11 p.m. local time Friday. Firefighters say the mobile home was fully engulfed when they arrived.

It took crews about an hour to put it out and they were able to keep it from spreading. Officials say no one was home at the time of the fire.

The State Fire Marshal is investigating.
