Four Kids Charged with Torturing, Killing Kitten

Four kids in Owensboro are to blame for torturing a five-week-old kitten. Authorities say it happened in the 700 block of Jed Place Wednesday night.

When they arrived, officers say they found the kitten. It appeared to have been tortured.

The boys, ages nine through 12, faces charges of Animal Cruelty, a felony.
