Police Chase Down Man They Say Broke Into His Former Home

Police say a protective order apparently didn't stop an Evansville man from breaking into his former home.
According to police, George Jones, Junior, broke in through the back door of the home in the 11-hundred block of Third Avenue overnight Tuesday.
A woman inside, who was Jones' former roommate, then took off through the front door and called police.
Officers had to chase Jones down before arresting him. They say he caused several hundred dollars worth of damage to the furniture and items inside the home.
