A divided federal appeals court grants a Western Kentucky death row inmate a new sentencing hearing. Robert Keith Woodall pleaded guilty to kidnapping a 16-year-old girl in Greenville, raping her, and killing her in 1997.He was sentenced to death for his crimes against Sarah Hansen.

But now, several years later, his sentence is overturned. A request for a new sentencing hearing was granted in 2009. There's no word on a date for the hearing.
