Some Tri-State kids reached their reading goal, which had their librarian reaching for clean clothes.  Julie Elmore is the Library Director at the Oakland City Columbia Township Public Library.  Because the summer reading kids met their goal of 75,000 minutes, Elmore was turned into a human sundae at their reading wrap up party Saturday morning at the library.  We talked with Elmore before she was covered in ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and all the toppings.  Elmore says the kids smashed their goal and read 89,000 minutes in six weeks.
