Indiana Conservation Officers arrest an Evansville man for reportedly operating a boat while intoxicated.  Officials say on Saturday evening, an officer patrolling the Ohio River near the Dogtown Boat Ramp area noticed 25-year-old Benjamin Macke trying to drive a boat onto a trailer.  Macke finally got the boat on the trailer, and officers say they found a small amount of marijuana.  Macke was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail.
