Updated: July 17, 2012

Forbes released it list of the 50 most valuble sport franchises in the world, and the Colts made the cut. All 32 NFL teams ranked in the top 50 list.

Forbes says the Colt's charge relatively cheap stadium rent of a quarter million dollars, and the city covers all operating and maintainance costs for Lucas Oil Stadium.

The two most valuble franchises are European soccer clubs (Manchest United and Real Madrid) followed by the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys. Only two NBA teams (Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks) made the list, and no pro hockey teams were ranked in the top 50.
