UPDATE: Authorities Investigate Sturgis Explosion

The Kentucky State Police Bomb Squad is on the scene of an explosion at the Fairgrounds in Sturgis, KY. Authorities say what appears to be some sort of firework exploded behind the bleachers at the Fairgrounds near the Kentucky Bike Rally.

Officials say no one was hurt, and they're currently looking for whoever set off the explosion. Right now it's not clear if it was actually meant to hurt someone.

Eyewitness News is continuing to follow this story and will bring you the latest as it becomes available.
