Fake Nurse Accused of Stealing From Patient

Madisonville Police are searching for a woman they say posing as a home health nurse and stealing drugs from patients.
The woman is described as being about five feet tall with a medium build, freckles, blue eyes and bright red hair.
Police say a patient in Dawson Springs allowed the woman into his or her home. They say the fake nurse then stole medicine from the woman and accessed her personal medical file.
Police say patients should not let anyone into their home if they haven't made an appointment, and the nurse should have proper identification which is easily visible.
