The city of Powderly, Kentucky, gets another $1 million federal grant for replacing old housing in the community. The latest grant brings the total amount of federal block grants for the city to $3 million. Mayor Bobby Creager says these grants are necessary to replace old, damaged buildings in the city.

these so called grants are the taxes we all pay ,wy should we build houses ,when we cant afford one for our selves
