The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will hold a ceremony today, as they mark a section of Kentucky 136, in honor of former state representative Richard "Hoppy" Hopkins.
Hopkins was selected four times by the people of McLean County to be their State Representative between 1958 and 1968. He also served as Mayor of the city of Calhoun and as McLean County Judge-Executive.
