New Execution Date Set For Henderson Native

Another execution date is set for a Henderson native on Texas' Death Row.
Cleve Foster is scheduled to be put to death next Tuesday.
Foster is graduate of Henderson County High School. He received the death penalty for the 2002 murder and rape of a woman in Fort Worth, TX.
Foster claims he is innocent, and that a friend of his who died in prison committed the murder.
This is the 4th time an execution date has been set for Foster.

Sounds to me that they are not sure whether he is guilty or not.
