A Facebook page with more than 100,000 likes, hundreds of uploaded photos, and the support of community, after community.  What started out as a small support campaign for 13-year-old, Lane Goodwin, of Beech Grove, KY, is quickly gaining the attention of the entire country.  Lane is battling a rare form of cancer, and doctors say his fight could end at any time.

It seems everyone is showing their support by uploading pictures of themselves, giving Lane's trademark "thumbs up" sign.  Many are from right here at home, however, some familiar faces are getting involved as well.  From football, to NASCAR and even the music biz.  Click on the video player for a sampling of this overwhelming support.

If you want to show your support for Lane, all you have to do is take a photo of yourself or your group giving the "thumbs up".  Then go to Lane's Facebook page and upload that photo.
