An Indianpolis man sues ADM Enforcement, the company he was fired from, saying they violated Indiana laws that bar employers from banning weapons in personal vehicles. Thomas Jordan filed the suit Wednesday. The former U.S. Army Military Police officer and seven year private security guard was showing his gun to some co-workers on July 6, when it accidentally discharged. But nobody was hurt.
