Weather Radio Service Out in Parts of Tri-State

The National Weather Service in Paducah, KY says, a communications failure has knocked out the weather stations in both cities. The failure has also knocked out the Gibson County radar facility. Weather Service officials did not have an estimate as to when service might be restored.
