Bill Clinton in Indianapolis Friday

By: Michael C. Fehn
Updated: October 12, 2012
If the millions of dollars in TV ads aren't enough evidence that Indiana's Senate Race has taken on national significance, the lineup of national political figures who are weighing in should be.

This morning, former President Bill Clinton will hold a rally in Indianapolis to benefit US Representative Joe Donnelly, the Democratic nominee for Senate, and John Gregg, the party's nominee for Governor.

Republicans, meanwhile, are bringing Senator John McCain to Indianapolis, and New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie to Merrillville, on Wednesday, to boost their Senate nominee, Richard Mourdock.
