Tri-State Radio Personality Dies After Cancer Battle

Eyewitness News has learned that popular Owensboro radio personality, Joe Lowe, has lost his battle with cancer.

Sources say Lowe died just after 7:00 Monday morning.

Earlier this year, the popular WBKR an WOMI personality was diagnosed with stage 4 Esophogial, Stomach and Liver Cancer, and began undergoing chemotherapy back in August.
