A proposed ordinance by the Henderson County Fiscal Court could create some issues for the annual SkiDay on the Ohio. It calls for the creation of a park board and permit process for large public events in Henderson County. A final reading will be heard tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.

SkiDay Event Producer Rick O'Daniel discusses how he feels the annual event could be in jeopardy.
