Henderson: Gas Jumps Nearly 40 Cents

After weeks of a steady decline gas prices shot back up Tuesday night.
On the Henderson strip some stations have hiked their price for regular unleaded gas to $3.39.
Earlier the price at the pump was $3.02, the lowest we have seen in a long time.
No word on what caused the jump or if the prices will continue to rise.
During super storm Sandy officials were forced to shut down 70 percent of east coast oil refineries.
