KSP Arrest Two For Stealing Car, Fleeing Troopers

A speeding car leads to an arrest for that car being stolen.
Robert Vanpelt and Robert Baisden were both arrested on charges of receiving stolen property.
Kentucky State Police say a Trooper attempted to pull over the car on U.S. 60 East for speeding. Troopers say the car kept speeding, and ended up in Owensboro, where police eventually caught up to it.
After taking the suspects into custody, it was determine the car was stolen.
Vanpelt is also facing charges of fleeing from police.
