KY Flags Ordered Lowered In Honor Of Shot Police Officer

FRANKFORT - Kentucky governor Steve Beshear has ordered flags be lowered to half staff at all state office buildings starting Saturday to honor Marion County sheriff's deputy Anthony Rakes..

As we reported earlier this week-- Rakes was shot and killed during a traffic stop in Marion County.

Rakes was laid to rest this morning during a funeral in Marion county.
