Union County Man Faces Sentencing in Fatal Accident

A Union County man will likely receive his punishment in court this morning.
Keith Kingsley was convicted of reckless homicide in the death of Cody Vaughn. Investigators say Kingsley crossed the center line on KY 360 while under the influence. Vaughn died at the scene.
Vaughn's passenger, Jacob French, along with Kingsley and his passenger, Shannon Smith, were all hospitalized.
