Big Ten Expanding

ESPN is reporting the University of Maryland is headed to the Big Ten.

The sports network says the university's regents unanimously approved the move Monday morning, which paves the way for a formal invitation.  The move would end Maryland's six decade affiliation with the Atlantic Coast Conference, and open the door for Rutgers University to knock on the Big Ten's door as well.
