Madisonville Community College Expecting Big Grant

Madisonville Community College has a stake in grants totaling nearly $860,000 going to Kentucky universities involving a program to improve teacher quality from preschool to high school. The Council on Post-Secondary Education awarded the funds, so the schools can work with more high school students to be ready for college and careers when they graduate as well as helping educators improve their teaching skills.
