Kenny Kent Toyota and Heritage Federal Credit Union teamed up to sponsor the Kick for Cash program throughout this high school football season.  Tuesday the winners were awarded their checks.

Representatives from Castle High School and Mater Dei were on hand to accept the checks. The contest asked fans to kick a field goal to win money for their respective teams.  Castle had two fans make their kicks, totaling $2,000.  Mater Dei had one fan make the kick.  Their check was for $1,000 dollars.

Both schools reps say the money will go to the athletic programs for a variety of projects.
