The owner of that giant building that caught fire at Mt. Carmel's Southgate Industrial Park has filed a civil lawsuite against two insurance companies that have denied claims after the fire. In March of last year, fire tore through the building formally known as the CAC Building. It took nearly 100 firefighters to tackle the flames that at some points soared 70 feet into the air. The owner of building wants $7 million in damages. The insurance companies have 30 days to respond.
