Nut Lover's Grape Clusters serves 12-15
By: Cheryl Mochau

1/2 pound cluster of green grapes, stemmed, washed, air dried
8 ounces pecans or almonds
6 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 pound crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons half & half
a few grape leaves for garnish

Start by washing and letting the grapes dry in a single layer on a clean towel. Toast the nuts until fragrant and light brown, chop until fine and place in a medium-sized round bowl, set aside. Using another bowl, mix the cheeses and half & half. Drop the grapes into the cheese mixture and coat them. One by one, drop the coated grapes into the chopped nuts, shake the bowl to coat the grapes. Remove each piece with a pair of spoons, or gloved hands. Place on a serving platter in the shape of a grape cluster and decorate with grape leaves or other greens.
