Hundreds of rare and unusual South American orchids will adorn AMAZONIA, Forest of Riches during Orchid Escape. There will be no additional charge for Zoo visitors to enjoy this beautiful exhibition.

Be among the first to receive an exclusive preview of this year's breathtaking Orchid Escape exhibit. Indulge in an elegant breakfast in the Rainforest Grill and then discuss orchids one on one with some of the area's leading orchid experts. Cost is $30/person and reservations are required. This program is perfect for ages 5-12. Participants will learn about orchids, have fun creating a craft, and enjoy an orchid themed snack. The cost of this program for Zoo members is $10 or $15 for non-members.

Orchid Reception

This event provides Zoo members with the opportunity to tour Orchid Escape and speak to orchid experts about the exhibit before the Zoo opens to the general public. Light refreshments and coffee will be provided in AMAZONIA's Research Station. The price for the special opportunity is $15 per person.
