UPDATE: Henderson Stabbing Suspect Found, Arrested

UPDATE [7:32PM] -- Henderson Police have confirmed the suspect in this case, 41-year-old David McCormick has been located and arrested in connection to Saturday night's stabbing. 

McCormick now faces charges of first degree Assault - Domestic Violence and Terroristic Threatening.

ORIGINAL STORY:

A Henderson woman is in the hospital after a Saturday night assault.

It happened around 10:00 PM Saturday at the intersection of Clay Street and Mill Street.  Henderson Police say a woman was stabbed several times by a man, who fled before police arrived at the intersection.  The victim, whose identity is being withheld, is still in Methodist Hospital with serious injuries.
