Often considered a big city issue, gang activity appears to have found a haven in Evansville. Following the shootings early Sunday morning near Vann Ave. and Covert Ave., Evansville Police are increasing patrols in the area.

Sergeant Jason Cullum of the Evansville Police Department explains what actually defies a gang, and how local law officials are trying to crack down on the violence.
