In tonight's Eyewitness In-Depth, we continue to discuss the social media threat made against Castle High School this week by a 16-year-old male student. The Facebook post caused the school to go on lockdown for an hour, but still no charges have been filed in this case.

Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Nick Hermann talks about the difficulty in seeking criminal charges in a case like this.
