Aunt Daisy's Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
5 pounds of raw chicken wings, garlic powder, black pepper, hot sauce, cooking oil,(variations; Parmesan Cheese, Teriyaki Sauce, Lemon Pepper


Recipe:
Pre-heat deep fryer to chicken temperature.  Season raw chicken wings with garlic powder and black pepper.  Cook wings in deep hot oil until wings float to the top or until done.  While wings are in fryer, combine both hot sauce and garlic powder in a bowl.  Coat wings with hot sauce mixture until they are covered.  For different variations of Aunt Daisy's Wings try using Parmesan Cheese or Teriyaki Sauce or Lemon Pepper sprinkled on cooked wings.
