Tornado Confirmed in Muhlenberg County

The National Weather Service says the storms that ripped through the Tri-State early Wednesday morning spawned at lest one tornado.
Weather Service officials say an EF-2 twister, with winds of 120mph touched down in Muhlenberg County. The tornado cut a 4 mile path through the county, starting southwest of Penrod and eventually ending in Penrod.
The Red Cross has been in Muhlenberg County, caring for those affected by the storm.
