WBKR Hosting Radiothon for St. Judes Children's Hospital

An Owensboro radio station is donating all its resources to raise money
for families at St. Jude Children's Hospital. For 10 years now, WBKR has
been hosting a radiothon to get the community involved in giving back.
Last year, the station raised more than $100,000 and hopes to surpass
that number by the time the fundraiser ends tomorrow night.
"My favorite thing about St. Judes," said WBKR DJ Jacyln Graves, "is that it gives families hope and that it wraps its arms around these families, and they treat them like they're family. And they do everything they can to make sure their child is healthy."
The whole thing starts over again first thing tomorrow at 6 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m.
