Indiana Senate Taking Up Moped Bill

A proposal to set a 30 mile an hour speed limit for people who ride mopeds on Indiana roads is gaining steam. The measure is on its way to the Senate. People riding mopeds would have to drive on the right hand side of the road, except when making a left hand turn, and would have to register the vehicles with the BMV.
