Man Arrested in Vincennes Following Chase

A man is behind bars in Vincennes after police say they spent nearly two hours chasing him.
John Wilkerson faces numerous charges, including possession of meth and resisting law enforcement.
State Police say around 9:30 Sunday night, a trooper saw Wilkerson driving through Vincennes and knew he had a warrant for his arrest in another county.
Officers say Wilkerson sped away, but got out of his car after just one block and ran away on foot. Several hours later, police received an anonymous call telling them where to find wilkerson.
They went there and made the arrest.
