Tonight is an extra special night for an Owensboro restaurant. With former President Bill Clinton in town, Moonlite is catering the $1,000 a plate dinner tonight. Though normally thought of as a laid back barbeque joint, they'll be pulling out all the stops. The former president won't actually be eating the dinner, but he will get a to-go box, though you'll be surprised what's inside.

"He has requested a small vegetable and hummus plate in his room," said Moonlite Catering Manager Jeanie Heath. "I think he's vegetarian now, trying to watch his health and all. So, we've joked that we're going to put a couple of ribs on top of his vegetable plate and try to tempt him."

Tonight's meal has taken about a month to plan. Jeanie says although she's catered a lot of parties over the years, she says this one will be the most memorable.
