A Tri-State man accused of bilking Evansville homeowners out of tens of thousands of dollars says he did it.
James Galloway offered his intent to plead guilty as charged in Vanderburgh Superior Court. He will be sentenced May 3rd.
Galloway was arrested in July of 2011 after several homeowners say he promised to do work for them, took their money, but never performed any of the work.
