Kentucky Encourages Folks To Roll Up Their Sleeves and Clean

Next week in the Bluegrass State is "Adopt A Highway Spring Clean Week", a great way to keep our communities nice and litter free. On average close to 800 groups take part in this initiative, which runs from March 17-23. The state handles cleaning highways on its own spending five million dollars a year.
