Kentucky lawmakers plan to work through a one and a half week break in hopes of hammering out bills at risk of dying. House Speaker Greg Stumbo and Senate President Robert Stivers pledge to work through the break. The legislature won't convene again until March 25. Several proposals that remain unfinished including legalizing industrial hemp in the state and the measure allowing Century Aluminum and Alcan to buy cheaper electricity.
