Tri-State Food Bank Receives 147,000 Donated Eggs

The Tri-State food bank says they're "egg-cited" about their latest donation. For the sixth straight year, Wabash Valley Produce donated more than 147,000 eggs to the food bank. This will provide families in the area with eggs just in time for the Easter holiday. U.S. egg farmers are donating nearly 9 million fresh eggs across the country this year, bringing the total of donated eggs to 69 million since 2008.
