The three inmates who escaped from Branchville Correctional Facility will be on their way back to Kentucky to face additional charges there. Bobby Cockerell, Christopher Marshall and Jerry Sargent appeared in an Omaha, Nebraska courtroom Tuesday. The trio attacked a prison worker to escape last month and also assaulted three men in Sanders, Kentucky while on the run. The massive manhunt for the men lasted nearly a week and ended in Alliance, Nebraska after a 60-mile car chase. The trio are expected to be back in the commonwealth in the next few weeks.
