Official Contest Rules
Contest: Fox 7’s “Glee Casting Call?”
Date:  March 11th – April 2nd

1.    HOW TO ENTER:   Each contestant will need to download and fill out a registration form.  Each contestant will then bring the form to the audition location, The Red Skelton Theatre on the campus of Vincennes University, on Sunday, March 28th.  The registration process will begin at 12PM Eastern Daylight time (Vincennes time), and auditions begin at 1PM Eastern Daylight time.  Each contestant will have thirty (30) seconds to sing one of the ten approved songs in front of our judges.  The approved song list can be found on www.tristatehomepage.com.  The winning audition will be announced on Wednesday, April 7th, on Fox 7 News at 9. 


2.  PRIZE:  The winning contestant will have a Taped Audition, up to 5 minutes in length, reviewed by a producer of the Fox television show Glee.


3.  CONDITIONS:   By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules:  Decisions of judges, sponsor(s), and producer(s) shall be final and binding.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  In the event production of the GLEE Casting Call is cancelled or postponed, related prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefore.  Entrants must be between 16 and 26 years old as of the submission deadline of April 19th, 2010.  Audition opportunities are non-transferable and cannot be sold to or used by any person(s) other than the winner.  By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the contest or any other promotion that WTVW may enter into.   Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal).  Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner.  Winner must execute a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, a proof of age release and supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that Sponsor(s) requires.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  In the case of a non U.S. citizen winner, all governmental, provincial and local laws apply.  Non U.S. citizen winner(s) are responsible for any custom dues levied.  WTVW, Nexstar Broadcasting, Vincennes University, Fox Broadcasting Company, News Corporation, Fox Digital Media, Twentieth Century Fox Television, MySpace, Inc., GLEE Show sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, director, employees, licensees and assignees of each accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

5.  ELIGIBILITY:  Contest is open to U.S. and non U.S. residents between the ages of 16 and 26 as of the submission deadline of April 19th, 2010.  Employees of WTVW, Nexstar Broadcasting and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.

6.  WTVW reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time.

7.  SPONSORS:  Sponsors are not responsible for prizes that may be lost, delayed, or misdirected, or for printing errors on the promotional spot or rules.
