    Officer Hits Pedestrian

    After having seen the dash cam video of Oakland City Police Officer Micheal Collins hitting 17-year-old Cody Betz with his cruiser, who deserves the blame for what happened?
     The officer. He was worried too much about making a traffic stop and not enough about other things going on around him.
     Betz was at fault. It is very obvious he just ran in front of the cruiser. His family and friends shoud apologize to the officer for even suggesting the officer was at fault.
     Nobody was at fault. This was just an accident.
